The short version: 30 days, unworn, tags attached, full refund. The long version covers the edges.
1. The 30-day window
You can return any non-final-sale item within 30 days of delivery. We count from the date your carrier marks the package as delivered.
2. Condition
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In their original condition, with all tags still attached.
- Free from stains, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke or pet hair.
- Returned in or with the original Teeshit packaging if practical.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that arrives in a condition that doesn't match the above. In that case the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
3. How to start a return
- Email returns@teeshit.com from the email address on the order, within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll email back within 2 working days with a return authorisation and the return address.
- Pack the item with the tags attached, write the return authorisation on the outside of the package, and post it back using a tracked service.
- Once the return arrives and we've checked the condition, we'll process your refund or exchange (see below).
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. The time the money takes to actually show up depends on your bank.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defect, damage in transit).
5. Exchanges
The simplest way to swap a size or colour is to place a new order for the replacement and return the original for a refund. This is faster and guarantees the replacement isn't sold out by the time we receive your return. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, email us — we'll do what we can but availability is not guaranteed on small-batch drops.
6. Who pays for return shipping
- Change of mind or sizing: you pay for return shipping.
- Our error (wrong item, defect, damage in transit): we cover the return label.
We recommend a tracked service. Items lost in transit on the way back to us are not our responsibility, so the tracking number protects both of us.
7. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email returns@teeshit.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a free return and either send a replacement or refund — your choice.
8. Final-sale and exempt items
The following are non-returnable:
- Items marked "Final sale" at checkout.
- Discount items sold at 50% off or more, unless the item is defective.
- Gift cards.
- Underwear, socks, and any item where the hygiene seal has been broken.
9. International returns
International returns follow the same process. You're responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or return-shipping fees. If the parcel comes back to us marked "duty unpaid" by the carrier, the duties will be deducted from your refund.
10. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the statutory consumer rights you have in your country (for example, the UK Consumer Rights Act, EU Consumer Rights Directive, or equivalent legislation where you live). If those rights give you a longer window or a stronger remedy, those rights apply.
