What it costs, how long it takes, who picks the carrier, and what happens if something goes sideways.
1. Processing time
Each drop is small-batch and hand-packed. We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days of payment clearing. Drop-launch days are the exception: high volume can push processing to 5–7 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your label is created.
2. Where we ship
Teeshit currently ships worldwide except where local regulations or carrier restrictions prevent it. If checkout doesn't accept your country, email hello@teeshit.com and we'll see what's possible.
3. Costs and free-shipping threshold
- Standard domestic shipping: flat fee shown at checkout based on your country.
- Free shipping on domestic orders over $150 USD (or local equivalent).
- International shipping: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Express options are available at checkout where carriers serve the destination.
4. Estimated delivery times
From the day we hand the parcel to the carrier:
- Domestic standard: 2–7 business days.
- Domestic express: 1–3 business days.
- International standard: 7–21 business days.
- International express: 3–7 business days.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather and remote-area routing can extend transit.
5. Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a link in the shipping-confirmation email. If 24 hours after dispatch the tracking still shows "label created", give the carrier a beat to scan it — sometimes there's a one-day lag. If it stays stuck for more than 5 business days, email hello@teeshit.com.
6. Customs duties and import taxes
International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees in the destination country. These are set by your local authorities — Teeshit has no control over them and they are not included in the price you pay at checkout unless we explicitly mark a destination as "duties prepaid".
Refusing to pay duties and abandoning the parcel does not entitle you to a refund of the original shipping cost, and any return-handling fees the carrier charges us will be deducted from your refund.
7. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We pull the address directly from your order — if anything's wrong, email us before the dispatch confirmation. After dispatch, address changes have to go through the carrier and we can't always intervene.
Parcels returned to us as "undeliverable" because of an incorrect address will be re-shipped at your cost or refunded minus the original shipping charge.
8. Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels
- Damaged in transit: email hello@teeshit.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international), email us and we'll open a carrier investigation. Replacements are dispatched once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost or we agree the timeline is over.
- Marked delivered but missing: first check with neighbours, household, building management and your local depot. Then email us within 48 hours of the "delivered" scan so we can open a claim while the carrier still has CCTV.
9. Risk of loss
Risk of loss and title pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. Up to that moment, we carry the risk.
